Private Pole dancing lessons: Description
Firstly, prepare yourself for explosive muscle and stamina building drills that will warm up your body for the work to come on the pole. During a typical lesson your instructor will guide you through pole moves and routines suited to your beginner, intermediate, or advanced level. Over time you will learn climbing, floor work, transitions, pole tricks, and eventually more aerial pole moves. As you progress, the moves and routines will build upon themselves. Along the way we will also identify areas in which you will need more work, and progress past them. We will continuously develop your flexibility, strength, and endurance to prepare your body for more challenging moves. Expect a class and workout that is both fun and challenging! How we customize your Private pole Dancing classes
You’re looking into private pole dancing classes for a reason, you have goals. Your instructor knows this and will be working with you every step of the way. She puts a lot of care into creating the curriculum you will be learning. Any pre-existing injuries, mental blocks, special requests, etc. are all considered. Your lesson plans are constantly tweaked and adjusted the more she observes your evolving needs and learning patterns. We want to see you grow beyond your limits, checking off those goals you set, ready to demolish the next.

Lessons are 90 minutes. Exceptions can be made depending on your instructor’s availability.
No less than one session per week is recommended.
