Incorporating more exotic floor based choreography this class series will introduce you to a wide variety of new exotic tricks and transitions. Styles included in this series include exotic classic and exotic hard. Every week new choreography is learned and performed consisting of one of the various styles. Heels and knee pads are required for this course.
Prerequisites: Completed and passed level 1 pole course

Q: Do I need a lot of upper body strength?
A: No! Anyone can can start pole dancing and build up their strength and flexibility.
Q: What should I wear?
A: The more exposed skin the better! We use our skin to cling to the pole, so bring a sleeveless top and shorts. You are more than welcome to bring heels!
