Our most popular beginner 5-week series. Held once a week, covering the foundations every beginner should get to know. No previous fitness/dance experience required.

Our level one course is perfect for those who are new to pole. Come learn the foundational components of pole, including beginner spins, transitions, poses, grips, and floorwork. Gain strength and confidence on the pole during this thorough five week course.

Common questions

Q: Do I need a lot of upper body strength?

A: No! Anyone can can start pole dancing and build up their strength and flexibility.

Q: What should I wear?

A: The more exposed skin the better! We use our skin to cling to the pole, so bring a sleeveless top and shorts. You are more than welcome to bring heels!
