Yoga For Pole
Yoga for Pole combines classic asanas in a moderate vinyasa flow focusing on strength conditioning exercises, deep stretching for restoration and rehabilitation, and guided breathing techniques and meditation for pole dancers.
- Class is one hour and fifteen minutes
- Held on-site at Lloyd Athletic Club
- Free access to the gym and sauna at the time of class
