Yoga For Pole


Yoga for Pole combines classic asanas in a moderate vinyasa flow focusing on strength conditioning exercises, deep stretching for restoration and rehabilitation, and guided breathing techniques and meditation for pole dancers.

    • Class is one hour and fifteen minutes
    • Held on-site at Lloyd Athletic Club
