In just a few weeks you’ll be able to perform and piece together fundamental spins, tricks, poses, and climbs. Build up your strength, stamina, and control through fun choreography, challenging conditioning drills, and performance of key movements. COMPONENTS OF THE LEVEL 1 SERIES

Level 2: beginner/intermediate group pole dancing lessons

You’ve completed Level 1, and are ready to get your feet off the ground, and over your head! In this series you’ll be introduced to basic ground and descending inversions, intermediate holds, more advanced floorwork, and spin pole. Strength and stamina conditioning is intensified in this course as we weave movements together into short combinations. By the end of the series you’ll be able to piece together both aerial and floor based movements with confidence. (Perquisite: completed level 1)

Pole Taster

Have you been curious about pole dancing, but not sure if you’re ready to commit to a series? Join us for a fun one hour introductory pole lesson for absolute beginners! This is perfect for those who are interested in starting pole, or want a fun night out! No prerequisite strength/flexibility/coordination required. Come curious about pole, and leave hooked on it.

SMALL CLASS SIZES

Our class sizes are small compared to other studios. We do this because we want you to have the correct amount of attention from your instructor, all while still being able to enjoy the supportive environment group classes can provide. Class sizes are a maximum of four students. Therefore, we encourage students to reserve their spot early before space runs out.
